A new project has made its way to this website. It has been
under development for a couple of months and are now finally
ready for release. Its name is Pentominos.
The project will not have any interrest to people other than the
ones it is developed for, but there are a lot of common code
(socket, configuration, postgresql, regexp and more) that could
be used as influence to other projects (At least that is how I
most frequently gain knowledge of how new functions work).
The source should be available as soon as I get it cleaned up
(and added GPL headers)
Enjoy!
The Aasimon.org website has had a facelift.
New functionality and informations will be added during the following weeks... enjoy!
Due to FreeBSD update bugs (dammit) the Aasimon.org mailserver has been
down for the last 24 hours.
However I believe the problem is fixet now!
There has been some downtime (approx 24h) due to a damaged networkadapter
in my router.
But since I ran (past sence) a floppy distro router, I could not just
change the card.
Therefore I have been building a brand new router during the night, which
is now running on a real linux distro (Debian), which opens up for many new
uses, like for instance QoS.
Sorry for the inconvenience! ;-)
I have also taken the change to upgrade my http server (both hardware and softare).
It now includes a 120GB disk and is also running Debian.
Due to this re-install, I have decided to remove all shell access accounts.
These are shortly to be replaced by sftp logins. This has been done for security
reasons.
